ArtByIuliana guarantees the security and confidentiality of the data hosted and transmitted through its IT system. This information may be used by ArtByIuliana to send the user information regarding the status of orders, only with the prior consent of the client. Providing personal data to ArtByIuliana does not imply any obligation on the part of the users and they may refuse to provide this data under any circumstances and may request its deletion from the database free of charge.

ArtByIuliana undertakes that personal data will not be disseminated to third parties. However, personal data may be transmitted to the authorities entitled to verify commercial transactions or to other authorities entitled to carry out any justified checks under the law, if this is requested in accordance with the laws in force.

Due to the way in which personal data stored by the ArtByIuliana computer system are transmitted electronically, ArtByIuliana cannot be held liable in any way for their loss or for the copying of information by unauthorized persons, through the use of interception equipment or software. Upon notification by users, ArtByIuliana will take all measures and will make all necessary files available to the competent authorities authorized to resolve this type of crime.

The information provided to ArtByIuliana is used only for the purpose for which it was entered (order fulfillment), according to the regulations in force. ArtByIuliana does not provide your e-mail address to third parties, does not encourage spam, and does not make public the data provided by its customers without their explicit consent.

ArtByIuliana certifies that it will respect the rights regarding the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data. These rights include:

  • the right to ask ArtByIuliana to confirm whether or not your personal data is being processed, free of charge;
  • the right to ask ArtByIuliana to rectify, update, block or delete, free of charge, the data provided whose processing is not in accordance with the regulations in force;
  • the right to ask ArtByIuliana to cease, free of charge, the processing of your personal data;
